Hello there everyone... My name is Todd McCoy.. I am 32 yrs young. I have classic galactosemia. I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. Just thought that I would tell everyone here that, and its nice and interesting to know that I am not the only one with this goofy disease. By the way... anyone on here have seizures. Hi everyone! It's Shelly! I am now 29- lol! Well- to answer some questions for you guys- 1. Anonymous- I have heard of some incidents of seizures with us who have galactosemia, but have not heard of it so late on as 32. Usually with the research I have done, they usually occur in younger people with a little bit more severe cases of galactosemia, but one never kow, have you gotten that checked out at all? I am interested in what the docs have said if anything. And also- anybody interested in getting together - email me, we should try and hang out or get a party at least once a year or something started so that we can meet and speak face to face at times and give eachother advice and just talk lol! Anyone interested, please let me kow thanks! Shelly!
